I've been playing a little more with the new system and am able to squeeze 5500e/s out of a 17m fighter if I drop stabilization to 25%. It can overheat an Isanth in under 15 seconds, and a copy of itself in about 20 seconds. (Maybe a little longer if they're moving...).
2.5 thrust ratio with 30% speed boost.
50,000 shields with 1000p/s recharge.
