Updated to explosive cannon turrets to 100% explosive

In this update the standard armor has been replaced with hull. this brings the trust to mass ratio up to 1.7 , the ships best defense is now mobility it can maneuver out of the way of big guns on larger ships.

--Some minor changes to the hull
--Changed the AMS turrets
--Added a missile system with decoys, this does not have a dedicated slave system but one of the beam computers can be slaved.
