LSD Plateau
Are you looking for something a little bigger than your run of the mill Cicada? Do you need some oomph to your firepower? Then look no further!
The Plateau is designed for modular mission modules and as such carries four empty sockets designed to fit our standardized mission modules (patent pending). Currently many of these are in R&D and will be released publicly as a package. The only existing available one is fitted to our Savannah LDC, which carries several missile turrets. Other designs include powerful Ion/Stop effect weaponry, and possibly a small drone launcher.
Mounted on the bow of the Plateau are two intensely powerful Ion cannons capable of dealing 60,000 shield damage per second. Flanking these on either side are twin missile turrets. Shortly behind these are shielded Parasite drones, Aphid mk2s(10 of em). Also found along the spine of the ship are multiple blisters of high radius low yield explosive missiles.
The Plateau makes use of this combination in a classic 1-2 Punch. The Ion's will strip a targets shields and after a target has lost it's shields the missiles may be used to devastating effect against it's hull.
