Added:

• RS-NOR (AndyP)
• RS-NAND (AndyP)
• Pulser, self resetting input (AndyP)
• Toggle, Multi Input (AndyP)
• Wire Saving Encoder / Decoder (AndyP)
• Bi-Stable Flip Flop (Caumen & Plusnine)
• Yhole Clock (Tomino Sama & Plusnine)

Yhole Clock is a mystery of Hybrid Storage Logic and Yholes. Do Not Trust it. However it has perfect synch universe wide and feature spam protection as standard.

Also fixed the Template Pack, compact NOR was actually NAND
version 3.0 fixes, if you had it already, simply overwrite the Template :D

After seeing a few of these were not working I built working ones and marks the faulty designs with Red lights and added Green Lights to the working designs. I also compacted the new NXOR in the templatepack :D

* Added Logic Tables to all the Gates.
