I decided I needed a good turret for a station I have been working on. This is what I ended up with.
- Turret is NOT self powered
- Turret has some basic thrusters (and enough power for them)
- Base Mass = 71.1
- Gun Mass = 35.4
- Total Mass = 106.5
- Base has 24,925 Shield Cap and 506 regen
- Gun has 6,972 Shield Cap and 44 regen
- The weapon is Beam + Beam(100%) + Explosive (10%)
- DPS = 14,550
- Power required to fire the gun is roughly 30 e/sec while firing.
- Turret is mostly gray for easy recoloring.
