    PERFECT! This is just what i needed to make a precursor (Subnatica) base in :D

    Except that this one is still a station and thus appears on maps and such... So defend it with dank Dakka to keep the homebase campers away

    Thanks, it takes a good 2-3 hours at least of saving"slices" and numbering them as templates to put on a station block to "recreate" one of these things... And the things have only gone and gotten bigger with the massive 300k's floating around in the current 199.3-something patch

    +1 for the hard work.
    But just to let you know the BPC2.jar program will convert any saved asteroid to a spacestation/ship asteroid. You just have to watch factioning it as you can't salvage it then. cheers

    Theres an actual thing for that? How does it work, as far as I know you cannot, Full stop, save an Asteroid?... Its intiguing though. Ill add it to the post proper if this pans out as being a working tool
