(this airlock is heavily inspired from Bench's airlock cf https://www.youtube.com/results?search_query=bench+airlock and USD Type-1 )
The airlock is supposed to protrude a bit (1 block) out the top of the ship, but you can easily change that if you want (the 8 yellow hazard blocks are here to ease copy-pasting).
Both doors can be closed simultaneously. However both doors can't be opened simultaneously: if you request the opening of a door while the other is still opened, the latter will close beforehand.
Also features a lock (connect the activation module to whatever you want) which:
- closes all doors (and denies any opening request)
- turns on the red lights
- turns off the external green light
- denies all docking attempts (if something is already docked, it undocks)
I just made this quickly out of my lateral airlock (I had to remove a feature because of a possible bug with the way I use rails for two different doors) so it can probably be made smaller.
