Klingon Duvqu (Work in Progress)

Klingon Duvqu (Work in Progress) V.Early Access

This is a ship I'm currently working on from a shell provided by OmegaGame. The shell can be found here:
    Klingon Duvqu Heavy (hull)
Do note that the Core is one space off center, so please keep that in mind if you build anything on this.

Though it's far from finished, someone who asked to take a look at a bug the Chariot was encountering, passed the Chariot Turret link around to 8 of his friends. So I'd rather get this posted sooner than later, lest it's fallen into the wrong hands. So in the meantime, enjoy this functional early-access version. The Chariots in particular are far from completed, but they are fully functional, and can be extended/retracted from the Core via Inner Ship Remotes. Please make sure to open your Entity menu and Deactivate then Reset your AI Turrets before doing this, as active Chariots are likely to clip into the turret stem and/or the Duvqu when you extend/retract them.

    Features:

-An RP interior that doesn't go overboard, providing everything you'd need to film your own episode of Klingon Starmade.
-Massive Ion Railgun to demolish Shields.
    -Dual Punch-Through Railguns.
    -Shredder Cannon
    -Rockets
    -Punch-Through Beam
-Vertical Up Launch Swarmer Missiles on a Logic Clock (not currently connected to the Logic Clock in case you'd rather fire them manually, the Logic Clock is on the floor right under them if you choose to use this)
-Main Screen Display to indicate when Swarmer Logic is Active/Inactive
-Slide HUD full of fancy green lines horizontally across the Main Camera Screen which you can toggle on/off
    -Vertical Down Launch Beam Missiles
    -Vertical Down Launch Pulse Missiles
-Horizontal Launch Photon Torpedos at the touch of a Button (Torpedo Bays are currently empty but you can produce reloads with the Adamant's Autoloader here):
    Blackjack Autoloader
-Numerous Railgun Turrets which also feature modest Lock-on vertical launch Missiles, as well as simple 1/1 Gatling Rockets to overwhelm enemy AMTs. These turrets are docked to a Rail Basic under the Duvqu's armor so they should work even when you are docked to a station
-Anti-Missile System Turrets which fire four individual projectiles per shot
-Extendable "General's Chariot" turrets featuring comparable weapons, which can even detatch from the ship and fly around on their own. Note that these are the most incomplete part of this ship, as wedging must be completed in order to gauge weights and Mass Enhancer requirements all the way down the Turret Assembly. None of this will matter though if you're not going to detatch them, in Turret Mode they are fully functional as-is.

    -Ion Defense Matrix
    -Punch-Through Defense
    -Piercing Defense

Also includes a full compliment of modest Support Systems, because Klingons are total bros:

    -Salvage
    -AstroTech
    -Shield Supply
    -Power Supply

    Other Highlights include:

-Med Bay with Tissue Regeneration Chamber
    -Cafeteria specializing in Chinese Gagh
-Crew Quarters with public showers (nice)
-Spacious Command Center with rotating Swivel Chair Command Throne (with real Rotating Swivel Action!)
-Engineering located directly beneath the Command Center so you can bark orders at your minions to fix things through the Metal Grill floor
-"Conference Room" directly behind the Command Center where you can drink Blood Wine and brag about victories past
-Holding Cells directly beneath the Conference Room so you can spit Gagh and/or Blood Wine at your prisoners as you transport them
-Holodeck Council Chamber where underlings can fight for their promotions and your amusement
-Area Trigger Doors which will attempt to open for you as you approach (as long as it's not too laggy)
-Pulse/Missile/Explosive Anti-Boarding Modules placed beneath rooms and hallways which are presently indistinguishable from the Pulse/Cannon variety but if this is ever updated to make Pulse Swarms you'll have a very nice system indeed.
-Posh Observation Lounge with Crystal Armor window and a fake Ship Core to trick enemies into thinking that is your real Ship Core
-Dignitaries may fold up their Plex Chairs and take cover in conveniently located Cores under their tables in event of an attack
-You can even be lazy and sit up there yourself while making your ship a Fleet and commanding it to fly you somewhere. If you are attacked, you can simply enter one of the Cores in this room then Arrow Key down into the Main Core of the ship
-Passengers who wish to fight rather than Duck and Cover can access the Rapid-Fire Machine Gun Turret by entering the Fake Core in the Observation Lounge, and then Arrow Keying up twice
-A small shuttle/fighter/disembodied Adamant turret which launches itself from the shuttle bay by an Inner Ship Remote connected to the Duvqu via Wireless
-Universal Standard Dock is on the underside of the ship. It must dock to a station via pylon. I'd considered a side dock, but I didn't want the passageway to the Core to be 5 Baseball Fields long
-If you pay attention, you can learn how to count to 4 in Klingon
-Faction Module is located inside the medicine cabinet above the sink in the Captain's personal bathroom

    Stats:
    blahblahblah

Incoming transmission from Klingon High Command:

Warriors of the Klingon Empire -

Those of you fortunate to be reading these words, welcome to the Duv'qu - among our finest warships. Before you embark, know that this ship carries with it two Chariots. These are ships which dock to the Duv'qu and serve as powerful Turrets. You will find at your command two Buttons with which to extend and retract your Chariots. It is IMPERATIVE that you first DEACTIVATE and then RESET the Duv'qu's Turrets before pressing either of these Buttons. Should you fail to do so, your Chariots will not function properly, and may even clip into the Duv'qu once you relog. Should this occur, simply take command of the Duv'qu, RESET your Turrets, and your Chariots should return to a more suitable orientation.

Glory to you, and to your Houses.

Great details overall. But a tip to working with some of these shells to make them more block friendly is to try to eliminate some of the unnecessary staggered lines of blocks and try to straighten as much as possible so long as it doesn't have a noticeable effect on the silhouette of the ship. It will make for a much cleaner looking end product.

Wedging and smoothing are the absolute last things that I will be doing, and that's probably months away. Right now my priority was throwing all the parts together and getting it uploaded before someone passed the unauthorized Chariot Turret Assembly Blueprint around to 8 of his friends and posted it to his own content library without crediting me, but I see what you mean these large ships are hard to recreate using nothing but 45 degree angles.
