Max thrusters allowed= 30
Max Powerblocks allowed= 12
Minimum amount of blocks (mass)= 90
Max length= 20
Max Width= 11
max Height= 11
No cube ships (if it's a really cool cube ship it might be approved, but most likely not)
No weapons allowed in normal races, but might be cool with some sort of PVP race (we'll see
