Cheap and powerful this frigate is capable of being the backbone of any fleet. Designed as an all purpose ship the Firestarter class went through numerous refits and updates resulting in the modern craft we know today. The Firestarter class has seen action in several campaigns and is extremely adept at fighting space pirates.

Thanks to its versatility, the Firestarter can be used for a number of tasks such as;

- Patrol Vessel
- Valuable Assets Escort
- Independent Attack Craft
- Support of Larger Ships

The base model of the Firestarter is shipped with;

- 18 Rapid Fire AMCs (50% Ion effect computer included)
