    The Defender-class light corvette was produced by the Rendili Vehicle Corporation for the Jedi Order during the Great Galactic Warbetween the Galactic Republic and the Sith Empire. Manufactured onCorellia, the Defender-class light corvette was modeled after a similar consumer corvette that was inspired by the Republic Military'sThranta-class corvette, but the Defender-class was modified specifically for use by Jedi as a mobile operations base and a capable starfighter in its own right.

    This ship is super duper old so the systems are a bit awful. A full revamp is needed to get this ship anywhere near spaceworthy

    Regardless of the age of the current build this is still a beautiful ship to look at, and behold. A systems revamp is needed but it is only part of the work, the fact that it is to scale or close to it and look this good is amazing!

    First - I was excited about this ship; the Defender is one of my favorite vessels in SWTOR.

    However, I spawned the ship locally after looking over the blueprint, and tried using it. I wasn't at all impressed with any bit of the performance.

    First things first - this ship is missing key features. There is no warp drive. The blaster cannons don't actually do anything. The turrets on the side of the ship aren't actually turrets. No missiles (which, is damning in the current metagame.)

    Other than looks, or *maybe* RPing, there's no actual use for this vessel. I am very disappointed.

    Sorry about that! This ship is about a year old and was built before all the new systems were added, I just uploaded because I thought someone might want to revamp it. More reasons to customize it!
