The New Mombasa Police Department's Dropship.
Here's my civilian police force Pelican variant from Halo, adapted from a newer UNSC dropship design but fitted with a smaller cannon-cannon array. The pelican comes specially fitted with the black and white police paint scheme for the department. The ship also features a logic-controlled landing gear adhering to the Halo canon.
