The new Civillian Phantom,
My next ship to be added to the Civillian fleet it maintains the theme of civillian type ships (grey,black and blue with hazard engines)
its purpose is to be a small turret carrier where you can just fly by a pirate station and allow the turrets onboard to fire missiles to take a pirate station down while allowing you to stay a longer distance away
