    CG-S Experimental Beam Turret BBK

The engineering team at CG-S has been working hard on beam technology.
Finally a working version is up and running, ready to be produced.

The new technology is expensive to create and power hungry but is devastating towards any target. To help the stations and ships mounting these monstrous turrets the CG-S engineering team have added a compact fission reactor design into the turret base alongside internal capacitors to help the weaponry charge.

The turret version of the beam weaponry is a stronger version than the earlier prototypes used on the retrofitted frigates.

The bridge of the turret is separated into two parts, one for overall command, selecting targets and queuing the firing sequence.
The second bridge is for the gunners, aiming and controlling the energy input for the beam, as well as keeping an eye on all systems.

The turret is heavily armoured and has additional defences against fighters and bombers.

its great i love it. but i wait for that one faithful day when you finish the traders fortes. all and all i like it very nice and a great center piece for a big ship.
    Hooooolllllyyyyyyy ssssshiiiiiit
very nice big turret with lot of details ,it 's a very good job
Looks great as advertised. The interior's nice too but the elevator seems a little broken, it goes back up after reaching the bottom
Fantastic work, as always. Very nice looking and interesting details!
When you've built a turret so freaking big, it has to have it's own command center, and not one, but two of them, to properly operate!
Rumour has it, the turret's buyers constantly have to face derogatory assumptions regarding their reproductive performance. There's no official proof of such correlation.
