The Haere are a solitary collective albeit their interests are primarily invested in trade an colonialism. The Haere tend to avoid Conflict and will do what they can to prevent it, but don't be fooled by their passive nature as they are relentless in war, they will never come to an cease-fire and will fight until a clear victor is defined.
If you want good relations with the Haere, then be sure to trade with them, as money and resources will advance their cause for a widespread colony amongst the stars.
You will often find the Haere transporting goods from system to system or exploring the outer legs of a galaxy, they love observing new things, as they may find new resources to use.

Ringa Meke - Interceptor
The Ringa Meke is a mighty tool used for defending Haerean goods against pirates and raiders.
The cockpit is designed for maximum visibility to watch out for threats and keep track of their tally as they chase them down.
The Ringa Meke has little weakness, as it is designed to escort Haerean payloads from colony to colony, be wary about your armament and defences before engaging as it is your highest threat among Haerean convoys.
Mōkihi - Small Transport
The Mōkihi is a small vessel that serves a very simple purpose, transportation.
The Mōkihi is built to casually hop from system to system in a mediocre time span. It is not, however build for combat and is normally accompanied by a Ringa Meke on longer distance voyages.
The Mōkihi comes with a standard Haerean cannon turret to deter enemies but it is really as good as a fly swatter
Inside, the Mōkihi has room for a crew of 2, each member has a room located at the rear of the vessel
Moa - Cargo Ship
The Moa is a majestic vessel that is great for all around transport.
The Moa was designed with long-term travel in mind and is engineered for safety and speed.
The Moa is mediocre in a battle. Although it has a mighty armament, the turning rate is rather sluggish and most of the work is left up to the turret located on the top of the ship, In case you are curious, this is the same turret found on the Mōkihi.
The Moa has room for a crew of 12, 6 Operators,
4 Engineers(2 on each deck located in the sides of the ship),
and 2 Maids, the maids preform miscellaneous tasks like cooking and cleaning.
