Packing a powerful punch, tough shields and a decent TMR, not to mention a jump drive, this ship gets the best of all worlds.
Main weapons have a DPS of 1.4 million, and will take down 2 million shields in one shot.
Secondaries can punch through advanced armor like tissue paper and wreck systems.
Missiles are weak, but still can do some severe damage when used properly.

The Cobalt has no turrets installed, because some people would want PD, some anti-fighter, some even bigger, and it saves myself and the end user time if I don't put things on it they don't want and have to remove.
