    -- Backstory --

The BC-6 is the second battlecruiser produced by Bephinius-Per Yards, and by far the newest and most advanced. It mainly functions as a support vessel, pummeling enemies into pulp from a safe distance, but it also contains short-range weaponry that is equally powerful. This role is mainly chosen because of its relatively weak shielding - although auxiliary ion buffers are installed, they only boost power by 21%. However, its weapons are arguably the best fitted on any ship of its size, by practically any shipyard. It can take out roughly 16 million shields points in an opening close-range volley, and a still-impressive 11 million in a long-ranged attack. Additionally, its weapons are devastating to hull and systems, carving out 50 meter diameter holes in enemy ships with ease, cutting through advanced armor like butter.
To facilitate this massive weapons array, a completely new reactor system was needed - eventually, eight additional reactors were added, bringing the total system power up to about 150%. Its capacitor array is massive as well, nearly reaching 100 million power units, and you'd better believe that all of that gets used. It has a small, cramped interior for a ship of its size, but also contains a massive hangar bay, complete with eight empty slots for the eventual buyer to customize.
We hope you'll enjoy this vessel, and eventually add it to your lineup. Until then, best of luck from the staff at Bephinius-Per Yards.

Good performance, but the exterior looks unimaginative, and resembles your other designs a bit too much, sharing a common flaw: The shape is too basic, almost the very same width from bow to stern with the same pattern. If I didn't know the default spawning orientation I'd have trouble telling apart which end is which (especially if I look from above)

Well, I have to say I agree with you - I'm not 100% satisfied with the shape either. I was originally planning for it to be a much smaller ship, but then realized that I simply couldn't fit the power needed in it. If it was smaller, I think the shape would be more noticeable and less homogenized. I still released it because I thought that it wasn't that bad, but I agree with you that this isn't my best build aesthetically and more of a test bed for detailing and shaping on larger ships. (As well as docked reactors, too.) Thanks for your feedback!
