ARDS - AutoReactive Detection System 2016-9-13

Note: This is not a plug-and-go device. This is a guide and reference to allow others to use the same design.

Note: This is also a lag detector. That is a feature, not a bug.

The ARDS is a small enemy detector I developed for some acquaintances after being inspired by the other enemy detectors on Community Content. It's stated goal is to be as simple to build and use as possible.

This device uses a turret to detect when an enemy is within combat range of you and sends a positive signal when that occurs.
Hook up it's logic output to your emergency lights so your crew knows to begin making their peace.
Hook it up to rotating turret mounts to have your firepower flip into view when an enemy approaches.

The ARDS sends a positive signal 0.6-2 seconds after the enemy signature is within range. When the enemy signature moves out of range it will continue to be active for 60 seconds, then the turret resets to it's resting position and the rotation piece begins rotating again.
False positives cause by lag reset immediately.

The ARDS has three simple parts and a total of 20 blocks.
    1. A turret entity that turns to face the enemy.
    2. A rotating entity that detects when the turret has turned.
    3. A few logic blocks.
In case you have trouble recreating your ARDS in-game I have helpful pictures below:

Enjoy! If you have your own modifications or improvements feel free to post them as well.
