Apr2015 Challenge Builds: Single Dock Week 2.0

This update delivers the following changes:

• All entities updated with Rail Dock System.
• Scatterstream and Hwacha turrets altered to preserve aesthetic design while permitting vertical swiveling of the guns; height increased as a result to 7 including antenna. Both turrets have a 45-degree vertical rotation range and 360 degrees of horizontal rotation.
• Space Truck Type-CS has two Rail Basics on its rear, to permit either-side docking of towed payload.
• Type-1 Auxiliary Reactor supplies 3x as much power as originally, and has an activation module replaced with a wireless for remote activation if desired. Exposed power systems were covered to avoid dangerous radiation leaks.
