This update provides the following changes:
1. Turret hard-points updated to the new Rails Turret Axes.
2. Scatterstream and Hwacha turrets on the default model updated to Mk2 versions.
3. Docking collars upgraded to
USD Type 1.
4. A third Rail Docker installed on the nadir of the Alcubierre ring for compatibility with old-school style landing pads.
