Starmade is a deep and complex game. It should be SOP ( Standard Operating Procedure ) that every element of play is described in a consistent fashion using a common terminology and with consistent interactions.

    > User control over the size/location of popup windows would help wherever possible. (For example it is not possible to re-size the 'get block info' area even though you can change the overall inventory window.)
    >Sometimes clicking on a tab will open it OR close it but some tabs will only open (no consistency). It is always better to allow multiple ways to interface with the GUI at each tab.
    >In the ship: 'entity structure' the power capacity is referred to the power-TANK. Two terms with one meaning.
Also the systems are not grouped or in alphabetical order.

I have faith that the Devs will clean up the GUI as the games becomes more concrete. So far, it has been pretty impressive how easy things are to operate after they have received more attention (in a focused update)

schine is already planing another GUI overhaul. The first one was more technical than anything, just getting the new system in, but the overall layout and functionality didn't change.
