Chunks missing from station?

So what happened was I accidently placed a long rod of 2500 shipyard blocks down instead of 250. Then I removed it didnt think much of it. Then I realised later that there were still "ghost linked" blocks to the shipyard, as in purple highlighted blocks that didnt exist. So I built out towards the blocks and then I placed some shipyardblocks in the places of the highlights and unlinked them. This worked. Then relog because the game was glitching a bit since some chunks on my shipyard werent loading. When I relog a lot more chunks are not loaded on the shipyard, and it seems to be permanent. They I can build in the holes and saving the blueprint and respawning it yields the same missing chunks. Anyone know why this happens and maybe a solutions?
