So I have a ship thats spilt into four parts. The pilotable section, the "mothership" is docked to a turret, which has two other turrets docked to it. The "mother" turret can rotate horizontally and its children turrets rotate vertically. Whenever something hostile comes into range, it starts freaking out like they're trying to turn in a way they physically cannot. Once the children turrets are destroyed, then the mother turret rotates normally. Is this a bug/ do I need rail enhancers added on or something?

I think the problem is that the two barrels (child turrets) try to to aim at different targets.

its a bug with the AI. both children turrets consider the parent turret to be its horizontal axis and the AI does not know how to deal with it. until schema fixes some of the AI's quirks just stick to one horizontal axis and one vertical axis per turret.
