As currently the crew as is is totally Useless they dont aline to the ship without turning on the gravity via switch
So heres a list of ideas to bring more of a want to hire crew.
To populate a planet if you own it so you can have them build around the faction block and even breed (if there is a female crew member present) to further populate
•if a factory is present he crew will generate hull blocks and other blocks that are made through metal mesh and crystal composite nothing more nothing less
•They also will provide a steady income of credits of about 2000 every hour
•If a station is being used the income of credits 1000 every hour
•If a shipyard is present they will fly to and from yourhome base and the planet to deliver credits which would be called taxes (and materials if factories were made)
Each plate would be called a sector and the faction block would have a selection of what you want built there ( housing, factory, shipyard and hospital)
Housing would dictate how many crew would live there if you get up to 15 the crew will provide a set amount of ore that would be found on that planet.
The housing would generate like in a shipyard going up
•So in this case they would be like villagers but able to defend themselves and build their own buildings fly ships to your home to drop off credits and materals
