Weapon hotkeys gone after server restart.

Seems the servers dont save the weapon hotkeys. After a server restart they are all gone.

I don't know if this is the same or a different bug... When my server restarts, all ship links are severed... Salvage computer, weapons, etc all get disconnected from the core, and from the weapons. I have to re-link everything.
