Upgrading my account Payment

Hey, I just bought the upgrade to my account and used my credit card to buy it, however when I hit the button to pay it brought me to the "something went wrong" page, I'm assuming b/c the site is having some issues. However, I looked at my bank account and the money did come off, a total of $6.80 CAD. Can anyone shed some light on the issue or manually update my account?

I have the same exact issue, exactly $6 was taken off my debit card and I was taken to the same page. My account status is still limited and I don't know what to do.

Same issue happened to me. Took it twice in fact because I reloaded the page.
