Thruster Plumes Overshadow Build Planes

Just a small graphics error that I noticed recently...

Note the small half ellipses that form around the back end of the thrusters.

The plumes have been that way for as long as I can remember; still something I'd hope to see fixed one day.
It's even more prominent with Crusade's larger thruster plumes mod.

This is caused by transparency being broken, it affects anything transparent being displayed behind other transparent things, sometimes it works, other times it doesn't. It's a known issue.
