Super High Speed rails?

Just wondering since this would be a nice way to launch things and I know it has been done but so far finding the info is a pain. I know it is Rails + Speed Controller and Activation blocks + mass enhancers + ???? No idea what else to get this working or the amounts.

When you undock from a rail, you have 0 speed. Would be nice to have catapults, but we cant do stuff like that as of yet, maybe someday.

But to get faster rails, you need to stack them. A rail docked to a rail docked to a rail, etc, and have them all extend at once.
