as long as a transporter has only one destination assigned it can be triggerd by an activation module therefore triggerable with areatrigger.

e.g ship docks transporter picks up the stations transporter establishes single connection and is useable

It's an interesting concept, probably wouldn't be too hard to add... I can see it being used to trap people, among other things. >:D

i believe that this is semi confirmed. Schema did say that logic activation for teleporters will be a thing

Transporters not working with logic is reported as a bug in their bug tracker and is currently being worked on. So this will be a feature eventually using logic.

Maybe. We won't know until someone from Schine brings it up or if we find it in a dev build. For now we can use small warp gates. Idk if transporters can be triggered with logic
