Starmade server cant be launched (file cant be downloaded)

Hello, I am trying to setup server, but I cant run the server, because error message appears.

[MAIN] INITIALIZING PRECALCULATED EXPLOSION DATA
Exception in thread "main"
java.lang.OutOfMemoryError: Java heap space
  at org.schema.game.common.data.explosion.ExplosionDataHandler.a(SourceFile:47)
  at obfuscated.WY.a(SourceFile:72)
  at org.schema.game.common.Starter.main(SourceFile:960)

I investigated what could be wrong for few hours, and I find out that actually the sphereexplosiondata.dat file was not downloaded completely. Just 25MB of that file (should be 44MB according to the launcher), tried to download it multiple times, but no help.
(tried update and install latest version)

Can someone send me that file?

I tried to login to chat but I got also some error message (chat page loads ok, when I am not logged)
