Just purchased, since it is an awesome game and wanted to support the cause.

Question is, do you get a product key or is it account based? If it is account based, is there a way to confirm that I have an active "paid for" account? Besides the PayPal receipt of course.

I wasnt sure where else to ask this, so hopefully you guys can clear this up:

What is the advantage to buying the game \'officially\'



Is it equivalent of donating, or will there be some enforced purchase at some point?

In the latest news update, it said that the price is going up, but that the game will continue to be fully free. To me this is somewhat contradictory? Will the game at some point stop bein accessible for free, or will it always be free with a donate option?

From what I understand its working on a model similiar to how sales of Minecraft during its Alpha phase were conducted. In short you\'ve purchased the game now when its fairly cheap and helping the developers out immediatly rather then waiting until it eventually becomes pay to play later on in Beta/Finished release when it will end up costing more.
