starmade dont work

i didn't buy starmade and it won't work i can get the start screen up but when j press play no starmade comes up

Are you using steam?
Your system specs?
java 32 or 64 bit?
and so on

Which start screen? the launcher or the connection manager? Screenshots or logs would also be nice
