This has happened twice since I updated to v0.092745. I have encountered my own ship when I turn around and return to a sector shortly after flying through it. Both times I had flown a long distance, arrived at a destination, and on starting the return trip encountered my own ship. The clone was fully physical and contained all of the inventory in plex storage. Convenient since one of these trips was a supply run, and I was able to double my resources by unloading the clone ship into my real ship inventory. On returning later, the clone ship was gone, but my inventory kept the clone supplies.
