Sensor can detect weapon activation

    This has various uses from the creation of cannons with actual recoil to the development of torpedoes (detects the activation of damage pulse, a close range weapon, and sends a signal to detonate warheads). The logic block can already detect the activation of other blocks, so it seems logical for it to detect the activation of weapons, as well.

    For mechanics purposes, it would most likely detect weapon activation by slaving the weapon's computer.

    all good stuff - but another use is AI super-slave logic-weapon systems, which while all good fun can potentialy become extreme - i wonder if that is why the weapon output is not emitting a signal in the first place..???
