Refining ore recipe logical error

    The cost to buy any refining ore recipe costs 10000 credits and selling them gives you 800 level 2 ore. The selling price of level 2 ore is 100 credits in a neutral market. This nets, on a neutral market, 70000 credits. It was probably intended to only give back 80 level 2 ores, so please fix this exploit.
