the pocket error is coming up when i try to join any server. I had looked it up on the support page and other people have had he same problem but there was no solution on how to fix it.

what pocket error are you refering to ?
please check the starmade/logs folder for a log.txt.x file with atime stamp from one of the failed logins and add it here so someone can take a look
