Not sure how do describe this bug

Like the title says, I'm not sure how to describe this so I'll start with a screenshot of the issue.

As you can see, the blocks dissappear from certain angles, they also change visibility when I move around. I'm not sure if anyone else has had this issue. I was also told to provide my PC specs, so here they are.

Seen this one before, its usually a drivers problem, just follow this link, download and run the program and update all of youre drivers - http://www.iobit.com/driver-booster.php
