Okay, so this is gonna be the post where I post most of my questions when I get them(For logic ofc). I'm trying out a new station build with this logic but first before I start building(Yes i'm watching tutorials as well), i'd like to know if it's possible to set it so when the rail rotator is yknow rotating, can I set it so it rotates to a certain degree then stops?

Only in increments of 45 degrees.

You press C on the rail, and V on an activator. Make sure it is turned on, or it will not move. After this, adding more on activators increases the rotation by 45 degree steps. You can use logic to turn them on or off to vary the angle it turns at.

Also, there is a way to cheese the system to get in between angles: Rails: Precise Deviation Through Counter-Rotation

You should be able to get other angles by using slabs as a 'doorstop' physically.

The angle resets after a few seconds.

Honestly, the only way to get custom angles is to use turret docks.
