Moving Data to a New Computer

How can I move my saved data to a new computer? I'm going to get a new computer soon (I average 10 fps on this laptop, and it drops down to 1 fps when I get close to a space station or planet), so I'd like to be able to continue my game on that computer instead of having to start all over.

When you open the launcher it should tell you where your instalation is found (green text at the bottom, should be inside the same folder as the launcher). Just copy this folder and the launcher onto a usb or your preferred data transfer method and then copy it onto your computer from there
