Looking for the best low-spec settings.cfg

I'm in a desperate need for a working low-end settings.cfg as I had to re-install my client from scratch and I can't bring my FPS anywhere near where it used to be before (and in hindsight I forgot to backup my settings.cfg)

If any of you has/had a low-spec laptop or PC, and still has the config or remembers what the values were, I'd greatly appreciate if you could share it with me.

I have an old Dell toaster I sometimes use. 4gb ram. Intel integrated graphics. Slow, Dual core processor. Here's the settings I use. Feel free to tell me which settings on it are garbage lol. Hope it helps.

Here's what I've got to get my low-settings rig running. Biggest two things that I found to improve FPS were disabling the frame buffer and lowering block texture resolution to 64. Beyond that, I'm not much help.
