    chairs
    sofas
    tables
    ground blocks
    nice decorative wall blocks
wall blocks with little lights in them
    beds
    big flat screens
    a computer
    blocks that look like this:

stairs, 1 block with railing and 1 block without railing like this:

    desk
railing to not fall off a place
a fan looking something like this:

clone pods/weird tubes with weird things in them (weird=alien things)
    a bit like this:

    glass railing like this:

blocks with round lights on the sides
spot lights that can be aimed at something
a block with a bunch of tubes and wires going through
a block combination where you can go in to heal.
holograms, both person hologram and computer hologram and planets.
a block with a cuboid shaped light on its sides.
nubers 0-9 size of 1 block
letters a-z size of 1 block
    a ladder
a computer that can be interacted with (not like the first computer for decoration)
the computer can be configured, who can use it, what will it be used for.
it could go to a hotbar logic with name, and then people onboard the station/ship can interect and activate everything from 1 interface.

    updated:
    a toilet
    a washing table with mirror.
    a shower
a special board (equal to a chalk board but then futuristic) on which you can write and draw stuff.

I would like to point out that we already have computer screens and computer server blocks. Cryopods aren't exactly something that can be reduced to a single block unless you were talking about little glass jars.

if you would make a office place, an open one. full of desks npcs and computers.
what would look better: 1 huge block, like we went back in time when TV screens were bigger than walls?
or a nice flatscreen with keyboard and mouse?

little glas jars exualy sounds pretty good, th ones full with organs, brains, eyes and other stuff like that.

We have 1m blocks. The open office plan will have 1-m thick cubicle walls. A real cubicle wall is only an inch or two thick. So already, your argument about what would look better is compromised by the scale of StarMade. Effectively, you would want to inset a computer block into a wall block, so that it looks like a mounted flatscreen.

A more productive suggestion might be a generic "texture" block with 24 orientations where a single- or double-sided texture can be displayed, hanging in space. Think: an image of the computer screen sitting vertically on a desk to simulate a flat screen.

Example: notice the computer in the background from this screen capture of the original Deus Ex video game where a holographic computer screen is floating on top of a desk.

i can't see it really good, but it looks like a projected computer hologram thingy, that is the sort computer that you would see in space in future, now a 1 meter thick 1 meter high computer.
futuristic looks are achieved with smooth lines and such, that looks like a smooth thing for sure.
also like the painting in the background :D

If I understand correctly, kupu is planning to release more decoration blocks, so maybe if kupu could tell us if these are included or could be added to a list of planned or even just give us a no.
