HowTo make an RP Demon-Faction?

Notes:

RP means role-play.​

HowTo:

If you build too big ships, the military swarm takes you down.
If you build small ships, everything you get is taxed by a high fee.

If you build a fast ship, you get imprisoned with stop and emp weapons.
If you build a slow ship, everyone uses opposite directed push weapons on you for lolz.

If you like -for example- yellow ships, shops sell you only yellow paint (from what you already have enough)

If you build what you like, you get griefed.
If you build what you are tired of, it gets again nerfed by something.
