Bug Glass... discriminates against *some* blocks

Im thinking this is a bug......
So I built a bio-dome, however when looking through1-2 layers of glass some of the foliage type blocks( flowers, grass,ice,leaves) all disapear or can only been seen via certain angels from outside the glass dome.
I can provide pictures if needed.

Known problem. Has to do with OpenGl and draw sorting of transparent objects ... has to be adressed later in the development and is currently delayed. Otherwise the work for that would have to be redone a couple of times, which would be a waste of time.
