Freeze when logging in to Servers.

Since the most recent two updates, I've been almost completely unable to log-in to any server. When I attempt to load in (empty sector / full sector) my ping instantly skyrockets. Then the game freezes, and often times closes without an error message. My internet hasn't changed in the time since these previous builds; and I've run into many different people having similar issues to varying extents. The problem seems to be less freequent immediately after server restarts; which is the only way I'm able to get into servers at the moment.

Additional notes: I can see chat, and watch other peoples ping move. However at the same time I recieve a server doesn't answer message, and my ping is frozen.

Any help or additional reports / workarrounds would be appreciated!

EDIT: Objects in the universe that were previously loading almost instantly are now taking a significant ammount of time to become visible.

EDIT: Same problem with fresh install. Tried on multiple computers, and a seperate internet connection.
