Welcome to Fire Shipyards, a leading developer of high-end warships. We specialize in destroyer-dreadnaughts, but also develop other ships.

(Note that the exact specifications of weapon systems on all FSS ships are classified.)

    FSS-01 "Challenger" -- Carrier

The first ship designed and built by the Shipyards, the Challenger was designed to take a severe beating, and dish one back out, with its own weapons and up to 6 ships (4 small fighters, 2 bombers) docked inside. However, recent advancements in power generation and storage have left the Challenger outmatched and crippled, waiting a revamp.

    Length: 93m

    Height: 50m

    Width: 44m

    Power: 20444/155323.5 capacity/regen

    Thrust: 6676.9

    Shields: 33206/2692 capacity/regen

Estimated damage per second (DPS): N/A (weapons unusable)

    FSS-02 "Renegade" -- Heavy Fighter

The Renegade may have an ugly appearance, but it gets the job done well. Cheap, fast, durable, and well armed: it ticks all the boxes needed for an excellent fighter.

    Length: 21m

    Power: 20043/12182.5 capacity/regen

    Thrust: 141.2

    Shields: 6712/110 capacity/regen

    Estimated DPS: 1000

    FSS-03 "Dictator" -- Destroyer-dreadnaught

The first Fire Shipyards ship made that complies with the new regulations on oversized weapon systems, the Dictator packs a very large punch, capable of wrecking all but the most well armored ships.

    Thrust: 15852.5

    Shields: 144,086/50,686 capacity/regen

    Estimated DPS: 108,000

    FSS-04 "Orion" -- Destroyer-dreadnaught

A straight-forward and logical successor to the Dictator: more thrust, more shields, more firepower. The Orion is also significantly more agile than the Dictator, thanks to it's wider stance and significantly higher thrust.

    Thrust: 114,746.4

    Shields: 183,839/65560 capacity/regen

    Estimated DPS: 280,000

    FSS-05 "Stingtail"

Would have been a cost reduced Orion. Development canceled.

FSS-06 "Goliath" -- Capital Ship disabler

The current flagship of the Shipyards, the Goliath was designed with an express purpose: to annihilate the Kytech Nexus. It achieves this goal with flying colors, being able to rip through the shields on a stock Nexus in under 3 seconds. It can also, of course, do the same to all but the biggest capital ships.

Your designs seem to be very square and chiseled. While this can work in some instances, it really doesn\'t here. You might want to think about incoroprating more slopes or even block-built curves into your designs. Nothing extreme is needed, but even chipping the harsh edges off your current designs would make a world of difference.

You may want to readdress your targets for the goliath

If i were you id check out crusades TURRETS for the nightingale (http://star-made.org/content/testing-phase-thunderclap) these turrets can take out the nexus in two shots, dealing 1.29million DPS from its AMC :P and whats more is that on the nightingale thee are going to be 2-5 of these turrets onboard, so if you want a chance of beating crusade, id get building asap XP

What the heck do you think Project Polaris is for? :P

(Yes, I already knew about Thunderclap and Nightinggale. Polaris is being made specifically to fight it.)

Hey, I played around with your goliath, and noticed a huge design flaw. The power core appears to be built solid, which is massively inefficient. You could have achieved the same result with way less power generators, which would have freed up both room and mass for more guns, shield, or even more power. Might want to redesign the power generation of the goliath, to optimize it a bit.

After 1 million regen no trick works. You have to go solid blocks.

The designs are very ugly here.

Too... blocky you dont need any creativity at all to creat a blocky ship. Try looking at star wars ships for inspiration.

Way to be a jerk. People can build ships any way they like. Try to offer constructive criticism if you want people to listen.
