Downloading error

I bought the game today. It gives me errors on downloading.
The info of my computer is:
Window 8.1 64 bit
AMD A8-6500 APV
Memory 8192 mb
card Amd Radeon HD 8570D
I'm not a computer expert, so I need a lot of help.
If I cant download the game on my computer, how can I cancel it?

I tried to download again without results. Try to fixed and give me this messages:

IO Exception: Installation dir is not a directory
IO Exception: Your operation system denies access to where you are trying to install Star Mode
(for good reason)
C:\WINDOWS\system32\.\Star Mode

Please anyone can help me?

Here's how to change the installation path for starmade, this should fix your issue:
1. Lauch starmade-starter
2. Navigate to options (top left corner) → Installation Settings (First option in drop down menu)

3. Highlight the text under path

4. Replace it with C:\ or an appropriate installation path

Alternatively you could click browse instead of typing out an installation path.
