Docked ship missing

I had a rather large (1.3mil in the catalogue) ship go missing on me since this morning. I'm the only person in my faction and it was docked.

This has happened to me once before with a much smaller ship, too.

Going to stick a suggestion in here also: faction core modules should come with GPS, so when you tag a ship with your faction it shows up in the faction list with coordinates. This is a neat feature anyway, but would help confirm whether or not the ship is disappearing or if there's a problem with the docking system that allows ships to be taken.

Mabye but there is also another bug i have found
Sometimes when you leave a server or singleplayer you may find that your ship is there but your hud nor your navigation picks them up (No triangle/rombus) i have no found a fix for this yet but sometimes its best to save it to your local catalog or just your normal personal catalog its even best to save in singleplayer just incaste

You may have this over and over untill what happened to you a ship was deleted people have told me it is the blueprint which you may or may not have saved into your catalog deleting itself have you ever found that sometimes when you spawn a ship it just magicly dissapears probably because there is a currpted blueprint file you can find this if you go to your Starmade file and see if there is a folder called BlueprintCorrpted

This just gives you the ideas

I had that happen to me too this morning. Im in a three man faction withmy roommate and his friend. I know for a fact that they wouldn\'t steal the ships. Well, i logged on today to find all our ships and turrets (every single one docked) are gone. It cant be a catalog error because none of our ships were cataloged yet, they weren\'t even finished.

Ships docked at home-bases randomly go missing.

Make sure that you are nowhere near sector border where you leave ships. You can see that by flying outside the dock a bit, and when station goes rotating away while you are at 0 speed, that\'s where border is.

There is a way to find your ships, but this is something server host has to do:

1. Close server
2. Start game launcher, and open Tools -> View Index Database
3. Now there\'s a long list of entities of the whole known universe... He needs to know name of your ship, and locate it. On same row there\'s X,Y,Z sector coordinates to help your search ingame.

I am an administrator of that server I meant in my post, and /search (start of shipname) did not find anything (it\'s the quickest way to find something).

Along with that, all other cases of ships disappearing shared this same problem: they couldn\'t be found, and yes, I double checked the names and did the searches with different capitalization and all

They were all docked at home bases, so something fishy is going on.
