Dear Everyone,
A raid by overpowered pirates has completely incinerated all my creations. I would like to ask you guys what I should build first.

First go into server config on your game folder and disable AI then build in this order

1. Scout
2. Fighter
3. Frigate

If you feel like it you can build in this order: titan, mini-drone, frigate. This may or may not be what I did. If you want to produce a couple of ship I recommend making your ships exponentially bigger.

well i would try building a frigate first so you don't have to "know the code" to make reactors. yes there a bit big but there pretty easy to build.

Pretty much. Make that conveniently placed exhaust vent a little bigger so that my ship can fit in though (for the death star).

Save your ships in the catalogus and build them in range of shops so you don't lose all your shizzles .
