Cant download the launcher

Cant download the launcherb





When i click download launcher for windows it downloads it, and i run it, then it says "socket exception address family not supported by protocool family." what do i do. I have tried downloading in both IE and Chrome, have tried saving and runing, just runing, etc. im at wits end here.

google searches seem to suggest you may be running a program called \"Relevant Knowledge\". Apparently, getting rid of it helps to resolve the problem.
