Can not start Single-Player

I was starting a sandbox singleplayer game for the first time. so I pressed ok and it said: "connecting to localhost:4242" then it crashed and said: "BindException: Cannot assign requested address: Cannot bind".

Please tell what is wrong and how the fix it so I can play Starmade. Thank you.
